I can see pictures of the items and read descriptions. I've gone to my local Zero& multiple times because the online app says they're open only for the store to be fully locked down and closed in the middle of the afternoon during the hours they're allegedly open. Then you get nothing!! No rewards!!! I love the idea but I think we should be able to see the code online in case we throw away our cup. I threw away at least a dozen cups before I even realized there was a coupon code on the back of each cup!!! They don’t tell you in the store or in the app!! Also, I don’t know why it won’t let me create new account or sign into another account. Someone signed into their account in my phone and now every time I try to use my email or Apple ID to sign in it always brings me back to the same account. What’s the point of the signing out button????!!!! Also I ordered two drinks a few days ago and it didn’t go in my order history!! So I got no points for those!!! Also my drink took so long to make! There was not even any customers inside the store but my drink took like twenty minutes to make! What I waste of time I was expecting a quick drink I almost got a heat stroke it was so dang hot and the door was wide open I didn’t feel air conditioning! Last thing. The only reason I go there is because of the passion lemonade drink. And they don’t even make it that well. They have seeds inside the drink!!! There’s a stinking one inch pile on the bottom of the cup!!! I hate it so much I hate it!!! Choking hazard and it’s absolutely disgusting!! Is it even edible??!!!! I almost threw up the first time I ate one!! They also have an option for Yakut but it’s never available!! I’m buying grapefruit refresher from Tea Fermata next time. It tastes better than this. Happy Lemon is also better. ZERO&’s boba isn’t even that good. Good app when it works, but I definitely don’t suggest you download. They do not refund you the difference when you are below $10 which is illegal in the state of california and resulted in a successful suit against Starbucks for the same practice. I have $4 stuck in the app, not enough to pay for any of their drinks, and they do not allow hybrid payment. I wrote to them asking for a refund of the $4, no response. The only way to use it is reload more money, but then there will be another remaining balance you can never fully spend.
