Can’t charge my car because app says no connection to Internet. Second app update in 6 months where app doesn’t work properly = very frustrating!!!!!!

For some reason I can’t seem to get the app to trigger the process of delivering electricity to my car anymore. 

Was working fine but even after trying several times at different chargers it doesn’t work. 

If I try with competitors like Z, BP, and ChargeNet it works flawlessly.

Why does the registration require my e-mail password?
I’m still waiting for the e-mail to complete registration. 
This whole process should have taken moments, but this seems like something from decades ago. 
Can’t be bothered now… app deleted.

This worked great for me the first time I used it. But no auto fill features on the app and I couldn’t remember my password. Trying to “recover” the password didn’t work as the app kept deleting my email address as I was filling it in. Support was unavailable at the time, so I had to skip my planned breakfast stop.  Please fix this app. I really like the charging station.

Free charging is not free when it comes with 45 minutes of hassles getting the app working. The passwords don’t integrate with Apple’s password keychain, so it took a complex set of resets and a laptop to successfully set up and ‘remember’ a password using stand best practice that takes 5 seconds on most apps. Even worse for me, I don’t use the NZ App Store by default for historic reasons. What possessed Meridian or their app developer to think everyone in NZ wants to use the NZ store. I’ll be very kind and give this two stars, because despite multiple bad and clumsy design features I won’t mention… I was able to get a charge after less than an hour of hassles.

Having to login every other time you open the app is a bit of a pain. Charging status of blue text on a black/dark background is very difficult to see, odd this has not been fixed or passed user testing?!

Had a few failed charge sessions in a row. Had to delete and reinstall the app. Does not look like anything is wrong, it just won’t start the charger.

I dislike apps that log you out regularly.  Given you have to enter credit card details, I have a complex password.  A pain to re-enter!
