This ordeal aged me!!!!! ### 1/5 — Run a round *2021-10-26, version 3.0.0* I ordered boneless chicken but it doesn’t state it is spicy. After two bites, my mouth was on fire. Called store said call head quarters and on tape it says call store where I purchased at. Manager said he needs to call general manager and came back said that is how they are made. I said it is not listed as spicy. He said oh well. Needless to say I won’t be back‼️ ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-10-13, version 3.0.0* I have a Profile and an Easy Order and an iPhone, but ZeroClick doesn’t recognize my login info. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get past the sign-in. *2019-10-14, version 2.3.0* This is a great idea, but I can’t even get past the sign-in without the app freezing... or not accepting my payment method... or sending me to the Domino’s app. I gave up after 4 tries. ### 1/5 — Zero Use *2019-04-09, version 2.2.0* Couldn’t LOG IN to my account before; but now, after yesterday’s “bug fixes” update, I can’t even LAUNCH the APP. So I used the old app without Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app if you want your order to be correct *2018-07-07, version 2.1.0* I have a quick order already set up in the regular dominoes app. This app is supposed to allow you to order that quick order by just opening this app—in short, it doesn’t. Any special instructions, like Pie Cut, that are saved with your quick order will show up in the app when you order it but are NOT transmitted to the store. This “time saver” cost us more time than if we had just ordered through the regular app or called on the phone. Hey Dominoes better make sure the apps work before pumping them out. And not showing a customer service number where folks can call to report issues like this is really poor customer service! ### 1/5 — P.O.S. App *2017-12-08, version 2.0.0* I downloaded it, logged in, it tells me that my “payment type is not supported” and refers me to the website or app to update it. But I have never had a problem using the same payment type in the Dominoes app and the information is up to date and correct. It’s my debit card and there’s literally nothing wrong with it. So this app is broken and a waste. The next day, I opened the app to manage my settings, and it immediately ordered a pizza. I didn't see a cancel button, so I had to Google the store phone number (guessing correctly which location) to cancel my order which - of course - was being assembled. The person at that Dominos location didn't seem the least bit annoyed. She said it happens daily with people using this app. I deleted it from my phone. ### 2/5 — Easy, without rewards. *2018-04-29, version 2.1.0* Just open the app, and your saved “favorite” order is placed after the timer counts down. I use this to order while I commute home. It works, unfortunately you don’t automatically get piece of the pie rewards points like when you use the regular app. You can apply for the points online, but only for one order each month. This knocks a couple of stars off my rating. I still use the app to order on my drive home, it’s much safer than trying to use the other app while driving. ### 2/5 — Almost the perfect way to order *2016-04-13, version 1.0* First off: this app is brilliant. Ordering on the go cannot get any easier (if you order the same thin regularly) and I am really excited to use it in the future. HOWEVER: my Easy Order uses a coupon (2 for $5.99) and the app does not seem to apply the discount. If the app automatically added relevant coupons, I'd easily give it 5 stars and use it every time.
