I have had to delete the App several times as it creates a schedule but does not go any further with the treatment protocol and I have been unable to proceed, and instead use my own timer. Please fix!

I have to enter my product information every time. My device is saved while I am using the app, once I close the app my device registration is lost.

Cannot change nor adjust schedule—it’s created based on when you open the app

No alarm for the timer

Pictures do not save after you close the app

No notifications to let you know what day to use it

For how expensive Perfectio’s products are, this app is a joke.  Please do better.

This app and device help me so much by saving lots of money from my previous acne treatment.
I have very sensitive skin and this device help me treat my acne.lt's better than topical cream/injection/oral medicine!.Im no longer applying anything on my face since im using it.It works wonders!!!

Been using regularly for one year.  I love my device, I use for repairing sun damage, anti aging & pain .  I see a big difference after using and feel relief before & after workouts.

This app has potential but needs fixing immediately to be effective. 
The option to upload a photo works but doesn’t save.  As soon as you close the app, it’s gone.  
The schedule is preselected from when you download the app.  You cannot change to fit your needs.
The timer is a nice feature but has no alarm.  You must be watching to know when to move on.
The app needs to allow for notifications so you know what days to use the Perfectio.
You cannot go back to see progress or look forward.  Seems to be a glitch.
Please fix!!!  I want this to be effective.
