As well as informative, the app is encouraging and does a good job of explaining the waste disposal process.  I’m still waiting, however, for an answer to my question about proper disposal of clam shells.  Any results?

You can usually find the answer to any trash/ recycling/hazardous waste question you need answered. 
Like the schedule reminders too!

I really like the Get Rid of It Right feature and the pick-up reminders. It was also very easy to report a missing compost container and get a new one in a couple of days. I'm proud to live in a city that has such a good waste management program.
