If your customers can receive an SMS, they can have the ideal contactless guest journey, from "Hello" to "Thank you and see you next time!" There's no hardware to install, no dongles, no customer app -- just an easy to use solution that does it all! How to use: Greet customers and say "I can seat you with your mobile number." Then they'll get a ZeroContact text with a smartlink that displays the menu and bill for eventual payment. In the full POS integration, their bill and line items are displayed on their phone in real time and they can tip and pay and the bill will automatically close out on the POS. With the the "sidecar app", (no integration necessary) the customer raises their hand to pay and you get to eliminate several trips back and forth to the POS with a credit card and piece of paper. Just total out the check on the POS and enter that number in ZeroContact. The customer will get an SMS notification that their bill is ready and they can immediately tip and pay on their phone.
