## What is Zeroh?

Zeroh counts the days you have gone without smoking, vaping, drinking or using. And if you slip, it does not erase your progress: a relapse is data, not failure.

Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no ads, no trackers.

A COUNTER THAT FORGIVES
Days, hours, minutes and seconds, live. If you relapse, Zeroh logs it and keeps counting: you see your total clean days and your clean-day percentage, not a humiliating zero.

YOUR PLAN, NOT A GENERIC ONE
Onboarding starts with a dependence check based on well-known questionnaires (Fagerstrom for nicotine, AUDIT-C for alcohol). Zeroh then builds a plan around your name, your dependence level and your reasons.

CRAVING MODE
The button you press when it hits: guided breathing, your reason in front of you and a countdown on the Lock Screen through Live Activity. The craving ends before the countdown does. This button is free forever.

COLD TURKEY OR TAPERING
If quitting all at once is not for you, turn on gradual tapering: set how much you use today and how many weeks you want until zero, and Zeroh lowers the target every day.

BUILT FOR ANY HABIT
Cigarettes, vaping, nicotine pouches, alcohol, drugs or anything else you want to leave behind. The whole app changes color to match what you are quitting.
