About
Log a blood sugar reading in seconds and keep glucose, meals, insulin and medication in one private diary. No account, no cloud; every record stays on your phone.
For anyone living with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes, keeping an eye on prediabetes, or tracking without a diagnosis. If you have ever written a number on the back of a receipt, this is the notebook you meant to keep.
AN ENTRY IN SECONDS
- Glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L, tagged fasting, pre-meal, post-meal (2h) or bedtime. Open, type, done.
- The insulin you took: your own basal and bolus products; premixed gets its own row. The app never calculates or suggests a dose.
- Pills in one tap, and a daily reminder if you like.
- 1000+ foods with carb counts: scan the barcode, pick a favorite, or add your own and give it an emoji.
- Tap "I started eating" and a 120-minute countdown sits on the dashboard. Started late? It counts what is left.
REVIEW YOUR HISTORY
- A color-coded journal with a daily chart. Edit an entry or swipe to delete; undo waits 5 seconds.
- Insights (Pro): the share of readings inside your target range (time in range), a typical day built from every reading in the period (AGP), an estimate of A1C from your average (GMI), 30 and 90-day trends, a weekly digest.
- Meal response (Pro): the 3-hour curve after a meal, alongside earlier logs of the same food.
- A doctor-ready PDF for any date range, made on the phone, Insights included.
INJECTION SITE ROTATION
- A body map of your logged injections, mirrored so your left is on the left. It marks the spot that has waited the longest, with a short note on how quickly each region typically absorbs.
TRACKING WITHOUT A DIAGNOSIS
- Choose "No diagnosis" at setup and the insulin screens stay hidden. You keep a plain journal of glucose and meals.
- Reference pages from the ADA and CDC are linked inside the app. The app scores nothing; that conversation belongs with your doctor.
STAY ON SCHEDULE
- Up to 10 reminders in one place: glucose, medication, basal, or any you write yourself. Medication can repeat through the day. Pick a ready-made set at setup and see the next 24 hours on one screen.
- On iOS 26, a reminder you set can ring as a real alarm, audible on silent; one tap turns it back into a notification.
- The post-meal timer can ring the same way when it ends, and runs as a Live Activity until then.
- Home and lock screen widgets: last reading, log glucose, a meal or insulin, start the timer. Two Control Center controls on iOS 18.
- Apple Watch: your last reading, colored by your own target band, and a countdown to your next reminder, on your wrist and as a watch face complication.
MORE
- Profiles for yourself and the people you care for; each keeps its own log and reminders.
- Apple Health (Pro) reads glucose into the journal, marked "Health". Write-back of hand-entered readings is off until you turn it on in Settings.
- 9 languages, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic.

• Injection log is simpler: your insulin product is set once in Settings, not on every entry. • Health sync is more reliable: readings that could not be written are retried, and Settings shows the last write.
