Zertifizierter Verwalter WEG prepares you for the Prüfung Zertifizierter Verwalter nach § 26a WEG — with 1100 questions that justify every answer instead of just marking it. Offline. No account. No ads. Your progress stays on your device. QUESTIONS THAT EXPLAIN, NOT JUST GRADE 1100 questions across 41 chapters. Every answer comes with its reasoning and the legal provision it rests on, so you learn why you were wrong rather than only that you were. The correct option sits in a different position each time: where it appears tells you nothing. TIMED PRACTICE TESTS 40 practice tests with 90 minutes of working time and app-defined learning feedback. Results help you revise; they do not reproduce every official exam condition or confirm a pass. The responsible examination body's rules govern the actual exam. THEORY FOR EVERY CHAPTER The material in 4 modules and 41 chapters, each carrying the sources it rests on. Jump straight from a chapter into its questions — and back from a question you got wrong into the section that explains it. REVISE WHAT HAS NOT STUCK Wrong answers, flagged questions and due repetitions collect in their own queues. The progress indicator shows completed material, practice-test results and chapters that need more work. PRACTISE THE ORAL EXAM Practise typical cases with answer structures and self-assessment criteria. The app allows 15 minutes of practice time. This does not replace the official oral exam or its assessment. STUDY IN GERMAN, NAVIGATE IN YOUR LANGUAGE The exam is in German, so the study material stays in German. The interface comes in twelve languages, and any passage can be handed to your device's translation app with one tap — outside exams, because the real exam allows no translation aid either. FREE, AND NO ACCOUNT • Theory for the first 20 chapters of 41 • Question practice for the first 11 chapters, explanations included • Readiness indicator, revision queues and mistake list No account, no sign-up, no ads. Your progress stays on the device and is never uploaded. FULL ACCESS One purchase unlocks all 41 chapters, all 1100 questions and every practice test. No subscription, nothing to renew. TWELVE LANGUAGES German, English, Turkish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Arabic and Persian — Arabic and Persian with full right-to-left layout. SOURCES BEHIND THE QUESTIONS The questions and their explanations rest on the official texts. Every question names the provision it comes from: • Zertifizierte-Verwalter-Prüfungsverordnung (ZertVerwV) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/zertverwv/ • Gewerbeordnung (GewO) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/gewo/ • Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bdsg_2018/ • Wohnungseigentumsgesetz (WEG) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/woeigg/ • Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bgb/ • Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/hgb/ • Versicherungsvertragsgesetz (VVG) — https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/vvg_2008/ THE EXAM AND WHO RUNS IT Prüfung Zertifizierter Verwalter nach § 26a WEG · IHK https://www.ihk.de/themen/weiterbildung Not an official product of any IHK or public authority, and not legal advice.
