Don’t click on free trial because it will charge you for the annual subscription straight away! And contact link took me to the privacy policy which wasn’t very helpful

I have been so tired recently. My family are constantly expecting me to do everything, my brain doesn’t work like it used to, I just feel so overwhelmed and frustrated. This little thing has become my calm in the storm, helping me to focus on myself, look after my own needs, make myself heard. I feel stronger, calmer, and like I don’t need to let everyone else control my life as much anymore. It’s not a miracle but every morning feels a little different than it used to and I feel like I’m making progress every day

I honestly thought I had reached the point of that nothing like this would work on me. I’ve tried them all, and at 68 there isn’t much new you come across. I was wrong. I feel different. I’ve learned to appreciate things in different ways, and I live every day a little different now. Thank you.
