Today, I felt like I really needed to use it for the first time. The app doesn’t even let you enter the promo code to create an account. No matter where or how many times you tap, the prompt to enter the code will not appear. You can even scroll the page around like a pop-up on a website because it isn’t formatted properly. Thanks for nothing. ### 1/5 — Garbage app full of bugs *2021-11-04, version 2.0.0* Signed up for this app to find a doctor after moving. I receive nothing but errors. The error message dialogues have obviously never been tested because their gigantic icons literally cover up half the text of the error message. And on top of that it claims that there are no in-network doctors within 100 miles of my employer or home. It’s a complete garbage app that does nothing correctly. Gotta try multiple times until it finally lets me in; then repeat all over to navigate from one part of the app to another.
