It’s not intuitive. People get locked out all the time as info doesn’t seem to correlate with what gets saved by the device. Eg. Asks for account number ( which is not the same as the card number) and password. Then next time you sign in wants email address and password which haven’t been saved together. Time wasting and annoying.
