Really easy to use on my phone. Can take photos of my receipts. The mileage is easy to calculate using click and drag on the map. As a business the approvals work well.

This system is really easy to get setup. Our VAT claim will be maximised which it is not at the moment. Allowing staff to record expenses at the point of purchase ensures receipts do not get lost and all the information is at hand for audit purposes.

The team have been really easy to work with and very approachable. 

Thoroughly recommend it.

The app is easy and simple to use, it makes claiming expenses easy as I can now do them on the go in real time. This saves me time each day be more productive through my working day. The ability to attach a receipts in many file formats to my expense report adds to the ease. Being able to tag expenses to the correct spend type or GL code makes my finance dept happy and and save them time also and the integration into Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a key feature with one click my expenses are exported straight in to the finance system to be reimbursed and reconciled.
