Fixed loading issues in the reservation book and calendar:

• Fixed: reservations always showed “Manual” as their source channel. The real one now appears: Web, Google Reservations, Phone, Email…

Improvements when opening reservations from a notification:
• Tapping a notification opens the reservation, and going back now lands you on the booking list on the correct day.
• The reservation header shows which restaurant it belongs to — useful if you manage several venues.
