### 1/5 — Chris

*2026-06-04*

Absolutely a cluster flock! Designed by an amateur. Do better.

### 1/5 — This App is Disfunctional

*2026-01-15*

⭐️ Zero Stars
I understand it is a work in progress, but very basic things are not functional.
This app cannot get parts from our own warehouses! It is forced to generate a PO, which must go to an outside vendor.
There are no confirmation emails for orders placed from this app.
The amount of time/money that is wasted each week by hundreds to thousands of technicians (either in this app or training for it) is staggering.

### 5/5 — GMT

*2026-01-12*

The struggle of the parts game is that from placing an order, to the point of install it adds no value. This requires people and time. Find the right people and turn this entire Zeus system over to the AI, have it available to me through my earbuds to do everything from the search to tracking shipping. You can’t afford not to.

### 1/5 — Poorly Created App

*2026-01-12*

Why do technicians have to spend accumulative hours trying to find items that are listed in Zeus Ordering but do not populate in this app? Even the ‘Item Not Listed’ does not always work, especially when Zeus finally finds the item after selecting ‘Item Not Listed’ and you select ‘Adjust Quantity’ and gives you a success message, it does not update to your inventory.

Contact help you say?… Well after multiple emails to their direct contact support email over the last few months, I have received ZERO replies.

No wonder why other technicians do not even try to inventory their items because of the waste of time it takes to attempt it.

Recommendations: Get people in the software development who knows how to create quality search engines that reflects what technicians are typing into the search bar, and to fix all the other common complaints.

### 1/5 — Best app ever

*2025-12-10*

⭐ 1 star (and only because I can’t give it 0)

The Zeus app is honestly one of the worst tools Walmart could be using. I have no idea how a company this big relies on something so useless. Most of the features don’t work, you can’t find anything, and the navigation is a complete mess.

Instead of helping, it makes everything harder. It slows you down, complicates your tasks, and adds frustration to things that should be simple. If I could give it less than one star, I absolutely would. This app doesn’t even deserve to exist in its current form.

Completely useless. A total waste of time.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2025-08-16*

Terrible app not working, try adding materials and after. Not in the inventory

### 1/5 — 🐦

*2025-07-31*

You could train pigeons to carry little notes to suppliers and it would work better than this app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! Could please explain which of the screens you're facing an issues? We would like improve everything on that.

### 1/5 — Be ready for frustration

*2025-05-01*

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Can’t even adjust manual inventory over half of the time, and because of that I can’t order what I need because SDI thinks I have it on my van & I can’t order without taking it out of materials managment… 0 part of this app is user friendly. I don’t see how a group of people sat down in a meeting and said “Yep. This is ready for launch. Roll it out.”

Efficiency score 0
User friendly score 0
Usefulness score 0

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — even though it clearly fell short of expectations. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration you encountered, especially with inventory adjustments and order limitations. That’s not the experience we want for any of our users.

Since your review, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and have completely overhauled the app’s inventory management and user interface. Try with recent Zeus MM provide your feedback

### 1/5 — Not ready for deployment

*2024-12-27*

Loading times are awful, catalogue is not complete, can’t see the items you’ve inventoried (defeats the entire purpose of having an inventory management app)

### 1/5 — Stuck loading screen

*2024-12-22*

App seems to constantly stay in a loading screen when searching or attempting to allocate an item Was told by the Zeus team to hit refresh when that occurs However, this occurs extremely frequently in my case and have to hit refresh quite often
