At that point your gambling that they even locate it… catch 22 is that I told them I can litersllly see it with parts town…… but oh no they want to save money. Most part numbers you use will pull up anything but the part you are looking for. And on the off chance it does. Don’t trust the picture if there is one. Sometimes it’s not the correct picture. ### 1/5 — The WORST *2024-11-30* This app is garbage. It’s slow to load, the search function is useless. Even when you type the correct part number in the search, the results are way wrong- you need to hit the search button several times to get the correct results. I’m currently being asked to update app, so I press update it takes me to the App Store where it says open then I get sent back to repeat the process. For the love of God maybe one day it will work smoothly for more the one day! ### 1/5 — Cause of alcoholism *2026-06-22* This app must have been created and managed by middle school children. Constantly crashes. So sick of watching the yellow icon spin! Always has error messages and lost connection. No pictures nor correct part descriptions. Right now it’s saying server is down. Try to order a part from a parts manual and it doesn’t populate when you type the part number given from the parts manual. There’s so many issues. This app is a bad experience more than good ### 1/5 — Can’t Open Tech Hub Still *2026-03-19* Been weeks since we’ve been able to open the Tech Hub through the app. Called the Zeus Hotline and they said it would be fixed in the next update. Where’s the update? It’s been about 3 weeks since then. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-02-23* Nothing like searching for a Hvacr part and immediately finding flush valves, toilet scrubbers, gloves, and anything other than a contactor. That’s what this app is. I love it when I search for a bumper rail and Zeus suggests every single thing that is not even remotely close. “Are you looking for a spud? Even with exact part numbers it is a challenge. Often times information about part is a bunch of random numbers (part number) parts apps should always give information like voltage, amps, motor rotation, phase, naturally open or naturally closed for switches and relays. You can save your favorite orders and search for the parts you need. I work for Walmart HVACR in Deland, Fl. It definitely has been a benefit. The only two things I think need improvement is the pictures and descriptions with details. Understandable you may not be able to take a picture of every single item but having a better description of what it is even how it connects or what it’s replacing. This has been my biggest obstacle with no picture and very limited information it makes it a gamble and finding other options easier.
