Es gibt eine Sache, die ich mir sehnsüchtig wünsche. Es wäre großartig, wenn auch in der mobilen App - also analog zur Web Version - die „Abfrage Netto Tag“ angezeigt werden würde, z.B. einfach als zusätzliche Zeile bei „Status“. So könnte man trotz vieler Überstunden schnell sehen, wie viele Stunden am jeweiligen Tag gearbeitet wurden. Eine zweite Sache ist vielleicht etwas nischig. Eine Integration in Apple Kurzbefehle wäre toll. Die Befehle Kommt, Geht, mobiles Arbeiten Start und Ende würden wahrscheinlich schon ausreichen, um die Möglichkeiten der App wesentlich zu erweitern. Ganz verrückt wäre es, wenn man die Grundfunktionen und z.B. Anzeigen wie Abfrage Netto Tag, Saldo, usw. als Komplikation auf der Apple Watch verwendet werden könnten. Das Ein- und Ausbuchen könnte wiederum mit den oben angesprochenen Kurzbefehlen durch den User realisiert werden. Entscheidungsträger würden diese Erweiterung wahrscheinlich lieben. Beste Grüße ### 1/5 — Schlechte Performance *2023-10-20* Ich muss die Anwendung Zeus X leider beruflich als Dienstplanverantwortlicher nutzen. Unsere Mitarbeitenden benutzen sowohl die App als auch die Browseranwendung. Generell kann ich vom Verwenden von Zeus X wirklich nur abraten. Die Anwendung hat die schlechteste Performance, die ich je gesehen habe. Jeder Klick, für auch schon die einfachsten Aktionen, wie zum Beispiel einen Tagdienst zu einem Nachtdienst tauschen, braucht mehrere Sekunden. Bei der Dienstplanung für eine Woche verbringt man gefühlt die Hälfte der Zeit, indem man vor dem Bildschirm sitzt, und wartet, dass etwas passiert. Nein es liegt nicht an der Internetverbindung, das haben wir überprüft. Auch die Art, Form, das Betriebssystem des verwendeten Computers spielt keine Rolle. Wenn ich für einen Mitarbeiter die Zeitkonten aufrufen möchte (sein Arbeitszeitkonto, sein Überstundenkonto und sein Urlaubsguthaben) kostet mich der Mausklick circa dreieinhalb bis 5 Minuten meiner Arbeits- und Lebenszeit. Während der Ladezeit können auch keine anderen Aktionen ausgeführt werden. Was heißt, dass ich untätig vor meinem Bildschirm sitzen muss. Die Antwort damals war „dass es halt einige Performance benötige, um die Werte zu berechnen“ - komisch, beim Vorgänger Programm dauerte es keine 10 Sekunden. Es gibt nicht mal eine Suchfunktion für Personen, was bedeutet dass ich bei fast 200 Mitarbeitern jedes Mal eine schier endlose Tabelle durchscrollen muss, nur um eine kleine Änderung durchzuführen. Mein Arbeitgeber hat mit mittlerweile so viele Service-Tickets wegen Fehlfunktionen offen, dass ich sie schon nicht mehr zählen kann. Sie werden teilweise sehr langsam oder nur unzufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Oft konnte kommt es zu falschen Zeitbuchung (zum Beispiel bekommt eine Mitarbeiterin ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund die Stunden nicht auf ihr Arbeitszeitkonto geschrieben für einen Dienst, den sie geleistet hat, obwohl dieser ganz normal eingetragen ist), was mittlerweile zu sehr großen Unmut bei unseren Mitarbeitenden führt, da sie ständig ihr Zeitkonto auf fehlende Stunden absuchen müssen. Die Verwendung der App verläuft größtenteils störungsfrei, das ist sicher einen Stern wert. Der Rest von Zeus X frustriert jedoch eher und ist sehr langsam und kräftezehrend. Der Support ist ungenügend und man steht wirklich jeden Tag vor neuen Problemen. ### 1/5 — Kein Anmelden möglich *2023-04-08* Ich habe zigmal versucht mich Anzumelden , geht leider nicht. ### 1/5 — Schade *2023-01-01* Der tagesgenaue Stundensaldo muss händisch errechnet werden. Absurd! ### 1/5 — Keine Funktion nach Update auf iOS 16.1 !!! *2022-11-03* Seit dem Update auf iOS 16.1 kann die App nicht mehr auf lokale Netz zugreifen und ist somit unbrauchbar, da unser ZeusX-Server nur im lokalen Netz erreichbar ist. Da Problem konnte ich auf mehren iPads und IPhones nachstellen. Wann ist hier ein Update zu erwarten? ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht! *2021-10-20* Habe die Zeus mobil und die Zeus mobil Plus aufs Handy runtergeladen und keins von beiden geht. Hab meine Zugangsdaten eingegeben + den https Link bin auf registrieren und ständig kommt „der Dienst ist momentan nicht verfügbar, bzw. man soll es später nochmal versuchen!“ tolle App, wenn nichts funktioniert. ### 4/5 — Scrollen. *2020-05-08* Wie oft ist es schon passiert, dass ich beim Scrollen, aus versehen, Schaltflächen angeklickt habe, die falsche Buchungen und Zeiten erzeugen! Es wäre nett, ein Bestätigungsfenster der gewünschten Buchung beantworten zu müssen, bevor falsche Buchungen durch Scrollen erzeugt werden!! Bitte zu Herzen nehmen, erspart AN und AG eine menge!!!! Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Funktionen von der Rechtestruktur abhängt. Lädt schneller als die Browser-Version über den PC.
