## What is Zhift HR?

Zhift HR is the work-day app for employees and managers at companies running on the Zhift workforce platform. Clock in to your shift, request time off, view this month's payslip, get a heads-up when HR posts an announcement — all in seconds, from your phone.

GEOFENCE-LOCKED ATTENDANCE
Clock in only when you're inside an admin-defined work zone. Mock-location attempts are detected and rejected. Wi-Fi fallback covers basements and indoor offices where GPS is unreliable.

LEAVE, IN THREE TAPS
Pick a leave type, pick your dates, see the live deduction preview. Submit and your manager gets a push. Cancel or withdraw before approval; cancel-request afterwards.

PAYSLIPS IN YOUR POCKET
Every month's payslip with earnings, deductions and net pay. Download as PDF — watermarked with your name and timestamp. YTD summary with a tax projection.

ONE INBOX FOR MANAGERS
Approve leave, expenses, regularizations and shift swaps from one swipe-friendly inbox. Bulk select to clear the queue.

ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT CLOSE THE LOOP

Zhift HR is a public, multi-tenant SaaS workforce platform — any employer can subscribe at zhiftplatforms.com/products/zhift-hr. Each company gets its own isolated workspace at company.zhifterp.com, its own employee directory and its own data scope. There is no shared storage across customers.

GETTING STARTED
If your employer already runs Zhift HR, ask your HR admin to add you — you'll get an email with sign-in instructions. If your company doesn't use Zhift yet, point them to zhiftplatforms.com/products/zhift-hr for a 14-day free trial.

SIGN IN BY EMAIL
Just type your work email. We'll find your workspace and take you to your company's sign-in. Belong to more than one workspace? You'll get to pick the one you want.

A NEW CHAT
The conversation screen got a complete rebuild around WhatsApp-style patterns:

• Swipe right on any message to reply — your reply quotes the original right inside the bubble
• Tap a quoted message to jump back to it; the original briefly highlights so you can spot it
• Read receipts: one tick when sent, two ticks when delivered, two ticks in teal when read
• Built-in emoji panel with your recently-used emoji at the top
• Photo, image, and document attachments with previews and tap-to-open
• Solo emoji messages render extra-large (jumbo emoji)
• Friendly day separators (Today / Yesterday / Mon)
• Read-only mode in service rooms where only admins can post
