Using zHome Plus you can configure custom rooms or custom scenes and select different types of controls for multi level devices such as light dimmers, fan controls, etc. You can chose between a slider, a stepper control and a segmented control ( Low, Med, High ) for your multilevel devices using the Classic user interface. If you set a device to specific control type in HomeSeer, then zHome will reflect those changes. zHome Plus has support to control your custom scenes and your devices from your Apple Watch. It’s supports iPadOS and macOS. You can search all your devices to quickly find the one you wish to control. Our custom scenes will indicate to you if all the devices have correctly responded to your requested states. You can view the scene and what the devices are currently set to and what your custom scene will request if you chose to perform the scene. zHome Plus will allow you to control the order of the rooms on your iPhone or iPad device. If you have a IPSec VPN you can configure zHome Plus to utilize the VPN when remotely connecting to your HomeSeer automation server. zHome Plus provides a free 7 day trial after which you have the option of a one time purchase of the app to continue using zHome Plus All features are available during the free trial period. Go with a tried and true brand these ain’t it. ### 1/5 — Free. Haha *2020-11-24, version 3.5* Sure its free to download but you have to make an in app purchase to use it. Pathetic. **Developer response:** I am not sure how you can bash the app when its very clear that we offer a 7 day free trial. After the trial is up then yes, you must purchase the app to continue to use it. Seems like its rather obvious that if you want to continue to use it then you can purchase the app. How many apps are giving you a free 7 day trial and then YOU have the option to purchase or not. We are not a subscription app, we don't automatically start billing you after the free trial. This is a one time purchase app. We do not like the subscription model for apps of this type and we even went as far as to go through the nightmare to provide a free 7 day trial. Sorry you find that sneaky if giving someone a free 7 day trial is hiding anything. Scenes provide menu options to set the Time of Day modifiers for scene execution rules. This allows you to quickly assign scenes or devices to the watch easily via the custom scene status popup or the device control popup screens when you long press on either of them wherever you are in the app. iCloud backup has been improved and now you have the ability to add a text label describing each of your backups when you view them via the iCloudBackup under settings. This makes it easy to identify specific backups you might want to restore to one of your devices. Note that in 6.1 an iCloud restore of data will replace any existing configuration that you have on your device with the same name. It's not a update to an existing one bringing back something you may have deleted.. It will restore your individual configurations that you had when you made the backup to iCloud. It doers not erase any configurations you may have created since then that are NOT contained in the iCloud backup. Now when you enter Transfer Settings you have the option of whether you will include VPN or GeoFence information in any transfer from this device. In this version you can flag your custom scenes on your iPhone to have them loaded to your watch where you can then perform a custom scene direct from your watch. This requires that you have configured your HomeSeer System to support SSL connections. In addition to Apple Watch support this version brings many bug fixes and MAJOR stability enhancements as we have updated to use the latest concurrency features provided in iOS 15. This version will require iOS 15 and above.
