The exercises are easy to perform and only take 10 minutes a day. Another one of my doctors told me he thinks this program is best thing I’ve done for my osteoporosis. It helps me prevent falling, which could cause me to break bones. I’ve been doing this program for 15 months. I’ve stumbled a couple of times, but I was instinctively able to correct myself and not fall.
