Don’t you get tired of answering the same questions over and over. This app saves you time and effort as the AI can do it all for you! It can even schedule appointments for you and reminds you about your upcoming appointments. You have the option to jump in a conversation and respond for yourself if you’d like or let AI do all the work! This is wonderful! As a small business owner who already set up a google phone, coded a link for reviewing my business on my webpage, and someone who’s given companies countless dollars for paid SEO and advertising, I can truly say that Zidy is the tool that I didn’t know I needed. Ya it costs money but the ease of which I have been growing my business’s organic reviews, the ease in requesting payments via text, and the sheer amount of new clients I am starting conversations with have really made this a no brainer for me. The whole team at Zidy has provided me great support through setting up the tool on my webpage and showing me even more features like organizing my clients by the service we provided and sending those clients different sms campaigns. I’m all about Zidy and would recommend it to every business. It freezes and I can’t open messages when I try to move from one conversation to another. The UI also looks undercooked. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent and Unreliable *2024-09-17* Spotty connection, very slow messaging system, no quality of life features. Do not recommend to anyone. For the price, everything should work well. Lots of bugs and glitches, and a lot of the features that they say work, don’t.
