Error codes popping up when I go to accept, then by the time I refresh retry a few times the order is gone and nothing is available. App says update and I do the next time an order comes through it says update app AGAIN after it was done. This app has been a total waste of time and to think I bought these catering hot bags specifically for this and have at this point wasted my money. Send me notifications that have orders but as soon it pop up open and. It is gone. So why send me orders when have be taken already. It is so stupid. Also the others are so far away from my location also they just send an order just 10 minutes before then order should be picked up. You can’t make this up, they want you on this app all day to get a order ### 1/5 — This app is garbage *2025-08-11* I need to be honest—this app has gone downhill. The so-called improvements don’t feel beneficial at all. In fact, they’ve made things worse. Offers are now being sent out at random times—late at night, overnight, and early mornings—which makes no sense and creates more confusion than anything. There’s zero consistency, and it no longer feels like there’s any fair distribution or recognition of contractors who’ve consistently shown up and done the work. What happened to the merit system? Zifty needs to get rid of their development team, the app is not conducive. ### 1/5 — Garbage- try it *2025-08-08, version 3.9.0* This app asks for location permission always for deliveries and then gives you an average of $23 best for deliveries that greatly help companies save gas. That’s all. 20 deliveries in 2 months. I served my community. I claimed all I could. Not worth your time. Shut it down or pay up! Local news company needs to research this app for scamming because people use piggyback apps to steal deliveries. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Experience *2025-08-06* The user experience with this app is really, really bad. If I had two jobs that were clashing - one on zifty and one on another catering app, paying almost the same, it’s a no brainer to go with the other app. I actually really dislike using this app and I only keep using it cos they post good jobs. No one cares about the users (drivers) experience - not you guys, not ezcater, no one. Cos the fact that they still use your service in spite of your compromised back end where bots have access to - to steal jobs before they’re even posted, the terrible updates you do without informing your users and just the general terribleness of the app is just baffling. The whole app needs to be revamped. Everything needs to change. It’s gone from bad to worse in the last two to three updates, bots have free rein on the app and real humans can’t even get any decent gigs anymore. It was broken before but at least there was a chance. Now you guys have totally limited our chances of fairly competing for tasks. It’s just unbelievable how in 2025, you can’t find a solid way forward, the whole app needs to be tossed and rebuilt honestly. ### 1/5 — Can’t get offer *2025-08-05* App doesn’t work offer appear click on disappear ### 1/5 — App needs a lot of work. *2025-08-04* The app is being manipulated by other gig apps, and the customer service people are just ignorant to the fact as much as you try to bring it to their attention, they don’t care. They say that they have a new exclusive feature that gives each driver an exclusive offer that they are given five minutes to accept. I’ve been on the app for over a week and not received one single offer not an exclusive offer. Nothing but I constantly get notifications of new offers popping up, but the second I look at them they’re gone never once have I received a single offer in over a week on this app. Not worth your time trust me.. i’ve also asked Customer Service why do I need to get notifications if I have the app open in front of me should I not just see the tasks available as they are available? Why am I getting a notification if I have the app open I’ve asked numerous times and every single time the conversation ends when I ask that question they refuse to answer that question they don’t wanna admit there’s a lot of problems with this app and only one or two people are actually getting all the orders and probably giving them to specific people that pay for that specific person services. Zifty is one of the very few that still makes drivers wait. We use our own vehicles, our own gas, and our own time. Bots and bugs have made it my 3rd tier catering app. Sometimes a nice one comes in but usually that’s last minute that someone dropped with an hour til pickup. Why? Why am I not seeing these orders at all but unreliable drivers have them. It makes no sense. I started Zifty delivery service since 2023, it used to be good I used to get many offers. Now even my rating is top-notch (5 Star) I get maybe 1 order a month. Exclusive offers are easy to catch however I don’t see any exclusive offer that is worth accepting. It’s always either low paying ($19-23) or long distance (such aa 20-45miles). I know no-one is going to look at the review and try to work on it cause as long aa their platform runs that’s all this company care about. Doesn’t matter how unfairly some drivers are able to make more than $1000/weeks and others just get low paying orders (maybe 1,2/week) . I know that drivers are using the bot to accept orders which should be unethical. I don’t think this company care about ethics or equality as long as thet are making money. ### 1/5 — Why with DoorDash *2025-12-30, version 3.9.0* They have little work but someone’s orders with great paying. Many drivers for little bit orders. Now the working with DoorDash and we have less many less offers now. This not possible. I worked with DoorDash few months ago and they start working in with EZcater in September. I contacted customer support they advised me to contact the support through their email, but they came out with so dumb response, they said we don’t have control over the offers and we can’t help you! You need to wait for the offers close to your zone! It has been months n’ all I’m still getting are those orders from that State located 100s of miles away!!! I have done several orders and been paid and pays more than your large orders on reg food delivery apps ### 5/5 — Try it *2024-12-12* So far, there’s always an opportunity and I guess the only issue I have is a small glitch whenever I receive an order it takes 5 to 10 seconds to pop up in my screen other than that I like it if you have any issues, they instantly help you out on the support team is amazing and good things to say about this ### 5/5 — Ignore bad reviews *2024-08-23* These other reviews make no sense, download it for yourself and try it out. Takes 10 minutes to get all the information you put in approved, started seeing orders immediately and i am THOROUGHLY satisfied with the numbers and miles required. There is also a chat option to text with a support PERSON at any point in time (that alone is better than any other delivery service) and they reply within 60 seconds as far as i can tell. If you’re about the grind for real, clear the first level or rank by completing 10 deliveries to unlock the earnings cap per order (the earnings cap base is still pretty good at 30$ but gets 4x better once you level up by completing 10 deliveries) ### 5/5 — This is my second review *2024-05-05* I love this company they treat you right.
