Like right now, it shows the “real time” information of a bus that’s not in service this am. There’s a red exclamation point in the corner, which it clicked says it’s not in service, but the grid shows all the stops as ‘on time’ anyway. It won’t show the next bus coming for that route either. Sometimes the slider dots for eastbound/westbound etc don’t show up when they should, so you can only see one direction of the route. Maybe it’s my city? Maybe it’s because I didn’t make an account? Maybe it’s the app? It also pushes Uber and Lyft over the TARC bus system. The fact that this replaced the city's previous transit app is everything that is wrong with the government.
