왜 내 돈 주고 내가 샀는데 내 맘대로 쓰지를 못할까. 까딱하면 네트워크 풀려. 문이 열렸는지 닫혔는지 알 수도 없고. 급하게 문열어줘야할 때는 네트워크 풀려서 써먹지도 못하고. 인제는 네트워크 연결도 안됨. 그냥 비싼 쓰레기임.

앱 명이 바뀌면서 다른 업체로 넘어간건가요?  네트워크 통신이 지연된다고 하면서 문 열리진 않고 로딩만 되던데요 그런데 또 문 열고 닫히는건 기막히게 캐치하고 알려주네요 문제가 갑자기 많아진듯. 힘내시라고 별 드리고 갑니다.

몇일전 갑자기 와이파이가 끊김표시나더니 문열림버튼이 안되서 다시 네트워크설정을 아무리해도 문열림버튼이 안막힙니다 공유기전원도 껐다켜도 안되요 문열림알림도 30초정도 늦게 오고요 앱을 다시 설치해도 도어락 배터리를 다 교체해도 여전히 해결할 안됩니다 방법좀 알려주세요

진짜 최악의 앱. 맨날 로그아웃 풀리고 알림도 안 오고 출입이력도 안 뜨고 없는 것 보단 낫다도 하루이틀이지 어떻게 이렇게 쓰레기같은 성능을 보이는 앱을 만들고 쓰게 할 수 있지? 나아지지도 않음. 더 안 좋아지기만 함. 잘 될 땐 어떻게 잘 되지? 싶음. 진짜 최악최악최악이야.

앱 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 감사합니다. 추가 의견이 있어 리뷰 남깁니다. 
전 아이폰se3 사용자인데 , 폰의 화면이 일반 아이폰보다 세로로 짧아서 앱의 홈화면 중 중간 출입이력 부분이 너무 좁게 표시됩니다. 바로 밑의 "잠겨 있습니다"는 엄청 크게 원으로 표시되는 것과는 대조적입니다. 출입이력이 더 중요한 사용자들도 많을거라 생각됩니다. 
출입이력 부분을 더 크게 표시되었으면 합니다. 
이 부분 검토하시어 수정 부탁드립니다.

앱을 많이 사용하는 사람으로서 도어락 알림도 봐야되고 하는데요.
근데 며칠 몇부 사용안하면 자동으로 자동로그인이 풀립니다. 심지어 저는 패스키를 사용해서 비번을 잘 입력안하는데요.근데 오류가떠서 비번바꾸고 다시 로그인했습니다.
근데 이번엔 연결이 해제됬더라구요… 와이파이도 집걸로 연결되어있는데 왜그럴까요?
알림이랑 방범도 잘되서 만족하는데 딱 두부분만 불편하네요…

직방으로 인수 후 제대로 동작을 안함.
1) face id로 로그인하기 on해 놓았는데도 불구하고 자꾸 off로 변경되는 버그, 비번 누르고 앱 로그인 하기 귀찮은데 진짜 짜증남
2) 임시비번 등록하고 몇일뒤 등록된 임시비번이 화면에서 안보임. 자동으로 삭제 되었나? 싶어서 재등록하면 이미 있는 임시비번이라고 등록도 안됨. 심지어 등록 되어 있다는데 그 번호로 문도 안열림.
