It stores each patients name, address and phone number to allow for quick scheduling after the initial visit. It also auto calculates drive time. This is really a game changer! ### 5/5 — Best for home health *2024-03-19* My colleagues joke that I should work for ZigBuddy! In promotions. Absolutely could not live without this app now. I’ve told every person I work with it how essential it is to my day and now most use it themselves! Easy to use. Easy to schedule. Easy to keep all my contact info for patients in a safe secure spot. If I had one complaint and I don’t even think there is a way around this but would be nice if some how when the patients called me that the name would link so I didn’t have to look up who is calling. I don’t want to add to my contacts tho. Thanks for making my job easier. ### 5/5 — One of the best apps *2022-08-07* I wish I had this sooner! It’s insanely helpful and easy to use! This app is HIPAA compliant, which was one of the main reasons I downloaded it. I love that there’s a hybrid version of my route so that I can edit it and the mileage tracker is genius. And I LOVE that I can pick between Waze, Apple Maps, and google maps to give me directions. The creators have really thought of everything (even adding in a lunch break option). DOWNLOAD IT! I wish I could give it 10 stars. ### 5/5 — A Genius Time-Saver! *2022-08-03* Sure you can use Waze or Apple/Google Maps to get you where you need to go and another app to keep track of your calendar and another app to keep notes and another… Let’s just stop right there! This app has changed the way I keep track of all my patients, locations, notes and then some. Thank you ### 5/5 — Awesome App! *2020-11-09* I’m a home health worker and this app has been a lifesaver! I used to spend an hour every night working on my schedule for the next day. With ZigBuddy, it only takes 10 mins to move patients around and make my schedule as efficient as possible. It’s also super convenient to be able to have my schedule, route, patient info, and additional notes all in one place. The site just crashed and i can’t get back in. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent. *2023-10-12* Very inconsistent on whether or not I click sign in with google and I actually get signed in. I have no idea why. It’s taking so much time out of my workday to keep clicking continue to gmail and then clicking my email and nothing working. I need help. I’m not sure who to contact. Best wishes, Jennifer ZigBuddy Support Team ### 3/5 — Stressful, picky, and dysfunctional routing *2026-02-14* The app has a lot of tweaks and useful things to track and visualize routes but the Ai routing is horrible sending me from one part of town to another ignoring patients in between. The patient information is tedious and requires lots of “necessary” information that has to be organized well making it time consuming and annoying. This app may work if you have a secretary or lots of time to spend setting it up but even then the Ai routing is horrible so I don’t find it functional at all. **Developer response:** This review is on an older version. What you saw sounds like manual mode, where you set the stop order yourself. The optimizer is a separate one-tap that routes by location (and around any fixed appointment times), so it's easy to miss which one you're in. v4 just shipped and reworked a lot of this to make it clearer. Most patient fields are optional too, so a name and address is enough to start. You can also add contacts with just a screenshot or photo. If routing is still off after you update, message us in the app and we'll fix it with you. ### 5/5 — Amazing App for HH workers! *2026-06-25* This app does so much to help with scheduling, routing, notes, communication and keeping track of pay. This app flawlessly solves the logistical nightmares we face in the field every single day. The intelligent routing visually organizes my patients, calculates the complex time windows, and creates the absolute best driving routes so I spend way less time looking through a windshield. When a patient inevitably cancels or shifts their availability, the intuitive drag-and-drop calendar makes it incredibly easy to adapt on the fly. What really impressed me, though, is the new ZigBuddy AI feature. You can can add patients with a PHOTO. You can literally just type a natural note like, "Mrs. Smith has dialysis MWF", and the system automatically blocks it out and handles the administrative burden for you. On top of all that, it seamlessly tracks my mileage and pay-per-visit earnings! It has AI to help with scheduling and patient day/time constraints. For example, you can tell it that a patient cannot be seen on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday’s because of dialysis, and it will block those days. I can now use screenshots or the camera to upload patient information quickly, whereas before I had to enter everything manually. You can also assign a pay amount per visit type for each company, and it will create an invoice that you can give to the agency for payment! Love the new modern tutorial vids as well. Makes it so much easier to learn all the tools it has to offer ### 5/5 — The absolute best app for home health *2024-10-07* I shared this app with absolutely every Home Health nurse and all mobile medical providers. I literally cannot live without it. It makes my day so much easier. At the end of the year, I have all of my mileage for my taxes. I’ve been a Home Health nurse for 15 years and I wish I was the one that created this app because it is amazing!! ### 5/5 — HH PT with ADHD *2024-09-13* I love home health but to say I have struggled with scheduling is an understatement. With a pay per visit model and the accommodation of last minute start of cares and evals, it was impossible for me to see more that 3-5 a day. The area I serve is rural and trying to figure out how to make it all work was a giant puzzle that my brain was simply not built for. Questions like, “what time will you be home?” And “hey when do you plan to see xxx next week” would bring me so much stress and anxiety! Now, I’m seeing 6+ a day and still getting home by dinner with all of my notes done and calls made. This app was heaven sent! My ADHD brain loves the fact that is color coated and that last minute cancellations are a breeze. Just delete them from your list and hit the scheduling button.. and just like that, you have your new perfect schedule for the day. You can call/text people directly from the app. No pulling over to look up their number again!
