Everyone’s drinks were watered down and tasted like they were made very fast. But the app rarely works. You put everything in your cart and then go to checkout and I never stops loading. I specifically pay extra for the protein version, and this last one especially tasted like a regular matcha with no protein added at all. The texture and flavor were noticeably off. I understand mistakes happen, but these drinks are expensive, and it’s frustrating to pay premium prices and not get what was ordered. Made sure to add no egg to waffle sandwich, open bag only to find egg on the sandwich. Could have been bad if it had been consumed. Also, I’ll add that all the heavy drinks were placed in 1 drink holder with the bottom busting out. The girls passed it to me and as they were passing it through the window the bottom came apart and I became drenched! That location closed without warning, and the next closest one is now far enough away to be impractical (37 minutes without tolls). Customer service refused to refund the remaining balance. There all were amazing and the work service was fast and very kind. Pricing of their drinks are very affordable.
