Keeps saying that my password needs to contain lowercase letters, a number and be over 8 characters.  I have tried multiple iterations that satisfy these requirements and it just fails over and over.

My vacuum does not work simply due to the app.  It often loses connection so I have to add “new device” every other week.  Now, with the new update, it does not think the device is on even after a successful set up.  I tried everything and wasted way too much time.  Never using an app for a device like this again.

I cannot create a log in- not with phone and not with email. No confirmation code is sent. So this does not work— at least not for USA. Any other way to control via remote access? I was going to buy two more but now not so. ☹️

App won’t allow any password I try to register with. Says it must contain lowercase letters and numbers and be at least eight characters long. I’ve tried multiple passwords that fit this criteria and can’t get past the registration screen.

I don’t know why the other reviews says otherwise, but I have no problem connecting it with my air purifier, just need to follow the manual. It’s a bit tricky.

The air purifier is great, The process for adding to the app worked for me without issue but was not the most smooth process. 

Updated my last review since I did have issues. App works great after latest update. Air pollution index setting last are saving and the app displays the air quality correctly. Perfect!

App is slick and has some nice automatic features. Issue is the parameters for the AQI settings will not save and thus the automatic settings are rendered useless.
