I feel like I got robbed.
The app charged me 10 SAR twice before the ride, then 23 SAR for just 20 minutes — that’s 43 SAR total instead of 20.
I basically lost 20 SAR for nothing.
To make it worse, the app is frozen and I can’t even contact support.
Very bad experience.
