• Prayer times calculated for your location or from your local mosque, with a simple prayer tracker
• Reminders at the times you choose
• Calendar, streaks and medals to see your consistency

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.2 — 2026-11-02

- Choose when your day begins: at midnight, at Fajr or at Maghrib.
- Start a new plan from a template: Ramadan, the first 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah, the white days, Friday salawat, or Ayat al-Kursi after each prayer.
- Plans show whether you're on track or behind. Keep a plan to the end and you get a celebration, a card to share and Repeat.
- Pause a plan for today, a few days, a week or until you resume it. Paused days never count as missed. End a plan, or bring back one you deleted by mistake.
- Routines: pick up at the step where you stopped, see roughly how long a round takes, drag steps to reorder, and duplicate or share a routine.
- A quiet summary of your week on Fridays, and a gentle line in the evening when today's plan is still open.
- My zikrs: make your own copy of any library zikr, add a source and tags, set a daily reminder, and export or import your list.
- The counter for your own zikr shows just its name. Read details shows the Arabic, the pronunciation and the meaning.
- Challenges: quick start for Ramadan and Dhul-Hijjah, Again for a finished challenge, and a reminder for each challenge.
- Counts you joined in Messages now appear in the app.
- Memorial pages: your juz and the days left show on Today, the owner can turn on Hijri anniversary and 40th-day reminders, and each person holds up to 3 juz at a time.
- Sunni and Shia content stays separate: each tradition sees its own notes and suggestions.
- At night, Today suggests the adhkar before sleep, and banners and sheets stay solid.
- Choose your main date: Hijri or Gregorian.
- A Ramadan countdown on Today, and a Ramadan panel during the month.
- Terms of use and a clearer privacy policy.
- Many fixes for plans, reminders, widgets and the Apple Watch.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-31

A new look by day and by night

• By day: warm ivory pages, cards framed like a manuscript and matte gold buttons.
• After dark: the counter’s night sky across the whole app, with glass cards.
• The light inside the beads now glows only after sunset.
• Memorial pages: a plan you pledge counts on the page, Ya-Sin pledges get their own plan, and du’as turn with a swipe.

### 1.2.4 — 2026-10-30

- Memorial pages have a new look: the name under an arch of 30 beads, one for each juz of the shared khatm, with Du’a, Recite and Juz always at hand.
- Reciting for someone is clearer: choose Recite now, I already recited or I’ll keep reciting, then what to recite.
- Memorial pages can follow your device’s light or dark mode.
- On Thursday evening, the Surah al-Kahf suggestion now says “Friday night”.
- Editing a routine now updates its plan on Today.
- When you promise to keep reciting for someone, Zikry offers to add it to your plan on the days you chose.
- On Friday, swipe the Surah al-Kahf card aside to clear it until next week.
- A warmer, golden look for every create, edit and delete screen, with gold icons throughout the app.
- Memorial pages open on a single screen; the du’as are one tap away under Du’a.
- Smaller fixes.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-10-29

- A fresh look for the Library, routines and adding a zikr: clearer cards, a simple count sheet and quick targets.
- A routine now opens as a short overview: tap a reading to see its full text. In the counter, longer Qur'an passages show a short name.
- Send feedback: a new row in Settings › Help and about opens a short form to tell us what to improve.
- After a few days of counting, Zikry may ask for a rating on the App Store. It helps other people find the app.
- "Your own days" medals are removed, along with any dates you saved for them. Zikry no longer asks for personal dates.
- Smaller fixes.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-28

• Memorial pages: "Start now". Pick a recitation and count it on the page; your count is added when you finish.
• The Library opens with the everyday tasbih first.
• A short welcome step lets you choose your sources: Sunni, Shia or both.
• Smoother typing when you sign in, plus smaller fixes.
