Seems like it was an afterthought from Zillow. Why did cancelling my month-to-month payment cancel all payments? If you’re going to hold my tenants money in your bank for a week, stealing the interest I could gain, you had better give me a better service. Also why can the only e-signatures allowed be the lease? I have other documents I need them to sign outside the lease. Finally, the lease edits get completely removed every time I have to modify a document and I have to start over again. So frustrating. ### 2/5 — Can’t report Phishing *2026-07-07, version 8.8.4* All of the requests I have had so far are phishing and there is no way in messages to report. I posted it today and got 6 messages or so. The help center has no results for phishing, or scam, or fraud. A Google search results in a Zillow link that results in an error message. As an example there was an immediate message and link from “Z I L L O W” and “ZILL OW” sending me to a tiny.url telling me my posting was flagged and disabled. Would be great to not get these messages or to be able to flag them. Making it impossible to do so is an obvious sign they don’t care about their users. ### 3/5 — Was Great *2026-06-12, version 8.8.3* It is a great app for doing it yourself landlord. It is very disappointing that the stopped the lease builder. I wish they just charged for it instead. I mainly use the Zillow rental App to find and screen tenants. Although the applications have too many self-reported sections in which some tenants input false data. It does bring many quality tenants. The only thing I wish they had was an option to decline an appointment for a no-show or “other.” ### 5/5 — Great for vetting apps and landlords *2026-05-15, version 8.7.14* This is one of the best I’ve seen and not out to make a fortune off small businesses like us! They do all the leg work and free unless you want a monthly and I got more leads in 24 hours than cl, fb or the other sites I’ve tried!! Two people have submitted an application and every time I click on the second one it takes me to the first one. I can’t get into both of them even though I click on the exact application I want to view. There’s some connectivity problems between the app and the web version. The rent is wrong. It is free to use for both Tenant and landlord, and we can make state specific leases as well as collect payments. The tenant can also opt to get credit reporting. I love the reminders. It sends everyone when the tenant is late on rent.
