Stop showing me 2.5. If set filter for house — stop showing me condos and townhomes! Go to read what’s on top of a single message and it won’t let you. Functionality of the app is ok but they don’t care about brokers doing shady things. Example multiple listings that will say one address but the units are all located elsewhere, prices for people paying cash opposed to people using vouchers. They leave the listings and pretty much say “if you get scammed that’s on you. We have articles on how to not get scammed” instead of removing the listing and telling the brokers “abide by the rules of the state and city in which you operate or don’t use the app”. Yeah just be careful because Zillow doesn’t care and that goes for all the apps they own. ### 2/5 — Useless *2026-05-10, version 2026.35.0* They allow landlords to avoid direct questions countless times and the second you call them out on it, it’s against good neighbor policy. its unprofessional to waste time and avoid questions and these are the landlords yall allow to repeatedly list overpriced, poor properties. ### 1/5 — Exclude Low income *2026-05-08, version 2026.34.0* Hey maybe add a feature to exclude low income houses from searches! So why would I pay for something that’s not reliable? I deleted and reinstalled the app but it still won’t keep me logged in. I am unable to read any messages through the app. ### 4/5 — Zillow rental application *2026-04-24, version 2026.30.0* I have been trying to fill out the application on Zillow for a few months I have deleted the app and everything to try and complete the application but it still tells me I can’t verify my identity but I was able to fill everything else out but over all a good site to look for what you need in your price range ### 2/5 — More useless than helpful *2026-04-11, version 2026.27.0* It would be better if I didn’t get as million notifications every day about rentals that don’t meet my criteria. You may $30 for an application no one looks at. You should penalize landlords who do not do their part. They ask for money before showing you the property or the unit; it all turns out to be fake. Some use forged credentials or false information, claiming to be realtors or owners when they aren't. Never pay any money upfront without seeing the property first. Check with the responsible agencies; if these people want to rent to you, they should show you the property first without asking for money. When you click on report listing it now takes you to the help section of the website with zero actual help or any way to submit the report. You used to be able to easily pick what’s wrong with the listing such as spam or wrong location. Stupid. ### 1/5 — Nothing but scams *2026-06-30, version 2026.48.0* Zillow used to be credible, but now finding a legitimate posting is nearly impossible! My family and I have searched for months now and all we keep finding are scam posts. My brother got scammed out of $300 and he toured the apartment! What I don’t like is that too many off market property is what mostly shows up and gives no good instructions on how you can tell which ones is not an off market home. My go to for finding the right renters is Zillow and use of their tools. In 15 years of renting and having 3 rentals… only one person did I ever have to ask for the rent, and that was the one renter I didn’t find on Zillow. All payments have been made on time with great renters. She does not show you property (apartments, condos, or houses,) unless they are up to your standard. Deanna really cares about her clients and wants them to be comfortable in their dwelling. She keeps abreast of her profession by going to seminars and conferences. Deanna knows an abundance about real estate and real estate law. I recommend Ms. Deanna completely and without reservation.
