We've taken a digital approach to individual climate care and have developed a sustainability platform that motivates, monitors and simplifies personal sustainability. How does it work? Select any reusable items you may own from the zimbo library. From there, once sign-up is complete, you’ll be sent a keychain with a zimbo™ QR code. Each time you use any of the items selected on sign-up, scan the QR code and up pops the list of reusable items that you own. Then select the item that was reused and ‘submit’. It's as simple as that. zimbo™ maintains a catalogue, calculation engine and proprietary algorithm that reports a number of key insights back to you: • The total count of reuse activity • The combined carbon offset achieved from that reuse activity • The savings achieved from reusing rather than buying new (particularly shopping bags) • A personal 'Sustainability Score' that qualifies you for tailored offers and discounts (coming soon) ‘Reclamationz’ is our circular economy initiative to find new homes and new purposes for excess reusable items.
