I have tried to use this app throughout the years. While they have made improvements, it continues to fail. I have had it just stop playing music after a song is done. It will NOT crossfade with any song that isn’t ZIN. So infuriating!

Songs randomly stop playing; this has happened during my classes multiple times. This is unacceptable given we must pay for this feature as a ZIN member and we RELY on these songs for our classes. For there to be continual bug issues with music stopping is not acceptable. It’s unprofessional and embarrassing. It has happened MULTIPLE times. I have restarted my phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Updated the app. Cleared out my phone storage. Anything I can think of to help but it keeps happening. Please FIX IT
