Some flaws in aap , like you keep on clicking and it doesn’t work. Right now I’m receiving messages from the customer service but the contact us is not working and I’m unable to reply. I am calling at the call center for a while and there is no response. No one picks the phone. Call at js bank and tgey said that we are not related to the zindagi app although it is written clearly that this app is power by JS Bank limited. No one is picking the call and I am calling since 12 pm and it’s 9pm now. Extreme poor service. I will be taking out my money and will close the account but what about my money? In fact, after 10 PM and until midnight, it doesn’t process any transactions at all. And if any unnecessary transaction gets stuck and you file a complaint for reverse funding, you don’t get any response either. There is absolutely zero error handling. It's extremely laggy and slow, contains numerous bugs, and feels like a beta version designed by an inexperienced developer. The UI is poorly designed. Furthermore, the support team is unprofessional and slow to respond.
