## What is Zing Pilot?

Making deliveries with your DJI drone has never been easier. Just tap a spot on the map to select your custom delivery coordinates. Your drone will take off, fly to, and descend at the drop-off location autopilot. You just have to make the final descent to safely drop off the package. Deliver anything you want with Zing Pilot.

Our integration with AirMap prevents pilots from flying over schools, prisons, hospitals, national parks, and more. The app also prevents pilots from flying into any controlled airspace. We are happy to help provide data about our flights to AirMap and to help them build a robust UTM platform.

Pilot Guide:
1. Connect your phone to your DJI device's controller.
2. Tap a custom location on the map or tap a local delivery.
3. Tap Start Flight to begin autopilot and open the live camera feed.
4. The drone will takeoff on autopilot immediately.
5 The drone will ascend directly to 30 meters on autopilot.
6. The drone will travel to the drop-off location on autopilot.
7. The drone descends to 5 meters at the drop-off location on autopilot.
8. The pilot resumes manual control and lowers the delivery down to the recipient.
9. The pilot taps "Return Home" to return home on autopilot in the same fashion that it left.

Pilot Tips:
• You can use the controls to rotate and adjust the speed of the drone during autopilot while remaining on the same flight path.
• You can tap "ABORT" at any time on the live camera feed to resume manual control.

Hi,
Every time I open the app it crash. Once I connect to the Dji control it kicks me out, not sure if this is a recent bug or something else.

The whole company is a scam. They advertise like they are offering work for drone pilots when they really are just trying to peddle their own crap. The owner should be ashamed of himself but clearly has lied to himself about what he really is doing.

Drone pilots have a hard enough time getting legitimate work without hucksters like Zing dangling fake opportunities over them.

**Developer response:** The free app is a platform to enable Part 107 pilots to make deliveries. Our goal is to enable drone delivery for the everyday Part 107 pilot in the United States.

The app requires to you to fly out of line of sight which is not permitted by the FAA. 

Additionally it creates a public safety issue that you could be held accountable for due to the risky nature of this type of flying. 

The developer clearly cares more about making a buck off of devaluing labor than having any consideration for public safety.

There is more to this app than most people will see. The use of AR to detect the ground is phenomenal. This app simplifies drone delivery for the common person. As a fellow app developer, I’m intrigued, and interested to see how Zing progresses.
