The staff was extremely professional and attentive. They kept calling me and taking follow-ups before departure, which gave a very reassuring experience. Even the rest stop was clean and hygienic. While I was finishing my food, the bus was about to leave, and I just looked toward the driver. To my surprise, he kindly said, “Khaa lo bhaiya, aaram se… 5–10 minute rukke chalte hain.”

I mean, I’ve never seen any bus operator deliver this level of service and care for passengers. Overall, ZingBus has set a new benchmark for road travel comfort and hospitality. Definitely choosing them again! 🚍✨

I booked the bus service for the First time for Chandigarh to Amritsar. It was really easy and affordable to book the ticket online. I booked the service for my mother, As my mother is patient and I was really worried about her travel. So I firstly booked the ticket and got a call back from zing bus and I asked them to take care of my Mother during journey as it's late night. So they were really nice and assured me not to worry about it. As my Mother was travelling alone and they helped her from pickup, and she called me and confirmed that she is fine and got her seat. So it was 3 hr journey. Just the drop off timing was bit late, understand. As | was waiting for her at Chandigarh. Once I saw I was really Happy and she told me it's really good experience with Zing bus and staff and she told me that she will travel every month to Golden Temple with zing Bus only . Thanks

My sister was traveling with Zingbus, and the entire journey was completely mismanaged. Even the announcer seemed confused and said it was the first time they were hearing about the drop location, which clearly shows poor coordination.
Despite it being freezing cold winter weather, the bus AC was fully on. When my sister requested the heater, the staff responded very rudely and were unhelpful. Passenger comfort and basic courtesy were completely ignored.
To make matters worse, instead of completing the journey properly, they dropped my sister midway and sent her to the final destination by cab. This was highly unprofessional and unsafe.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Zingbus seriously needs to improve its staff behavior, communication, and passenger safety. I would strongly advise others to avoid traveling with Zingbus.

I recently used the Zingbus app and my experience was far from satisfactory. Below are the key issues I encountered:
	
1.	Lack of Communication Regarding Delays -
The bus was delayed by 1.3 hours, yet Zingbus failed to inform passengers in advance. While delays can happen, timely communication is essential for customer convenience and professionalism.
	
2.	Ineffective Customer Support -
The support channels, including phone and chat, appear to be largely ineffective. Each time I reached out, I received a generic response stating that my query had been raised, with no real resolution. Even after a callback from their Delhi office, no actionable steps were taken.
	
3.	Unreachable Bus Coordinator (Marshal) -
The bus coordinator, referred to as a “Marshal,” was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone.
	
4.	Non-Functional SOS Feature -
The SOS button in the app does not work. Pressing it did not yield any response or assistance, and the button could not be used again once activated.
	
5.	Inaccurate Tracking and Notifications -
The app does not provide real-time bus tracking. I received an automated message stating I had reached my destination at 10:30 AM, when in reality I arrived at 1:00 PM. This disconnect between actual and reported status is concerning.
	
6.	Lack of Contingency Options -
In the event of a bus breakdown, Zingbus does not offer alternative arrangements, unlike other services such as KSRTC, which provide multiple options for emergencies.

Received a text message on the morning of my journey from Mumbai to Goa saying my ticket had been cancelled with no further explanation. All my accomodation and arrangements for the trip were booked, so this was stressful. On top of it, when I tried to find a customer service phone number I could talk to over call, there was nothing - only WhatsApp customer service, where all messages were automated and I was not put in touch with anyone despite the message saying they were going connect me to someone from customer service. Horrible experience overall - would not recommend booking, especially since there is no way to get in touch over call in case something goes wrong

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My cab was cancelled at the very last minute, which completely derailed my plans for the day. I had an important shoot scheduled, and because of this cancellation, I had to cancel my shoot as well, resulting in a significant loss of time and resources.

Reliability is a key factor when booking a cab, and such last-minute cancellations without prior notice or proper justification are unacceptable. It has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and stress.

I urge the service to take such issues seriously and ensure they do not happen in the future. Customers depend on this service for punctuality and dependability, and it is disappointing when these basic expectations are not met.

Zingbus is hands down the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. If “terrible” needed an example, this is it. The journey began with a delay of 2-3 hours, only to reach the destination 6 hours late. The driver was utterly unprofessional, constantly picking up random passengers and cab that picked from nainital to kathgodam demanding money multiple times. He was rude, aggressive, and forced passengers to relocate seats without reason.

Safety? Forget about it. The driver picked up random, half-drunk individuals, creating an unsafe environment, especially for female passengers. The condition of the bus was equally appalling. The AC barely worked, the beds were filthy and dusty, and the suspension was horrendous. To top it off, the driver’s reckless, harsh driving was shocking for someone who is supposedly “experienced.”

As if that wasn’t enough, the so-called cleaning staff was brazenly throwing bottles onto the roads, shamelessly polluting the delicate ecosystem of Uttarakhand. It’s laughable for a company to claim any responsibility for the environment when they openly contribute to its destruction.

This company is a disaster. Avoid at all costs.

I booked my bus from Gurugram to Dehradun. My pickup time was 9:05 PM I was reached there at 8:30PM. Their cab came at 10:00PM and driver was new he did not know anything. Driver dropped us 12AM at Kashmere gate because zingbus people not giving money to him. He stopped his cab many times due to this. Then zingbus customer care executive was unable to provide us bus they are giving 2:45 AM bus which is from another company.
From 9:05 PM to 2:45 AM they are just doing fraud with us. I will never recommend zingbus to anyone. There are so many good bus services. Please avoid zingbus booking. They wasted my money my time and my another booking from Dehradun was also wasted.

Dear zing,

Had booked your bus on 22nd as well as on 23rd also
On 22nd you bus was delayed by 1 hour and on 23rd night your bus is delayed again 1 hour. 
Pathetic condition of the bus on 23rd right now i am sitting in it. I am writing it on 23rd at 11:36 pm and the condition of the bus if you see you can’t bored it but in case of emergency i have to get on the bus as you guys don’t left me any option. Just imagine if a girl or a family is travelling with you they need to wait for 1 hour at the bus stop to just to know your bus number and time nothing is shared with me on my number not even the bus number not even the bus driver number i called on the number which i got through the message and he says that the driver will contact you in a while.
Your tracking information is absolutely wrong even it was not working. 
There is no message from zing or from the other vendor that this bus will come and pick you at this point every time your automated system says that we will get back to you we will sort this out we will tell the driver he will call you.
I always travelled with the other companies buses and they are absolutely on time they never miss to contact you if there is a problem or there is any deley in bus to reach on the pickup spot.
You can also check what time on 22nd your bus reach at Nathdwara.

I was suppose to be picked up at Dhaula Kuan around 1.05pm and I reached around 11am at the spot has I had morning flight. But around 12:45pm cops and CRPF guys came and asked to move as there was Kenya president crew and car was suppose to go from that route so I called driver and told him about situation he told don’t worry I will be at point and you will be able to board I told him cops will either take us in and put in jail or shoot if we move from place he told it’s ok even after saying again and again guy kept on asking me to come I told him cops have taken us on opposite side. Around 1.30pm road was cleared by cops and we where aloud to leave and the moment block was removed driver drove bus and left me at bus stop when I called him he told me either to come to Kashmiri gate no.5 stop or else take another bus as there was urgent meeting I have to attend 8.30pm at Haridwar and there was no other alternative to reach in time I took auto and spend ₹250 from my pocket to reach Kashmiri gate  board the bus also driver had stopped bus for more then 30+ min at Kashmiri gate where he could not stop for 5min at Dhaula Kuan where I Wouldn’t have spend same amount of money that I bought ticket for  also will never get refund for the fund that I spend

I recently purchased the Zing Bus Prime Membership expecting the promised benefits of a 10% extra discount on ongoing discounts. To my dismay, the advertised perks turned out to be a complete sham. Not only did the membership fail to deliver on its promises, but the customer service response has been equally disappointing.

Upon realizing the limitations of the Prime Membership, I contacted Zing Bus customer support requesting a refund. Shockingly, their response was a flat-out refusal, citing that the membership “can’t be undone.” This is a clear display of deceptive practices and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Zing Bus has demonstrated a lack of transparency, leaving customers like myself feeling cheated and betrayed. It’s disheartening to see a company prioritize profits over honest dealings and customer trust.

I strongly advise potential users to think twice before investing in Zing Bus memberships or services. My experience has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others.

I believe that this zingbus is the worst travel provider I have ever used. I booked a ticket from Pune to Bangalore They said that bus details will be shared in 4 hours, when 3 hours where left I contacted them no response, I contacted them again they said that you will get the details 1 hour before boarding then again no details were sent , after contacting them again they cancelled the booking 30 minutes before boarding time at 12:30 am. And they think it is OK to not inform the passenger to inform the passenger about any delals or cancellation. In my opinion it is not even 1 star
The worst part is that we can't even call them they just have a WhatsApp number

I recently traveled from Ujjain to Delhi with Zingbus, and my experience was truly outstanding. The entire staff was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. It is difficult to fully express how comfortable and enjoyable the trip was—it felt like a premium travel experience.

If you are like me who frequently has to travel between two cities than Zingbus can really irritate you. When they were starting out the service and price for travel was very reasonable but now they do have some tricks (zingcash) to give some discounts on a ride but the service quality has dropped. Last time they modified my booking without my consent even though the same time bus was available. I would still have to use their services because there are very few options available but if some other companies will arise then I will definitely switch.
