Worst support!!! Worst app!!! *2023-08-05* The app is nothing but a gimmick. I bought 2 prepaid rupay cards and it has been a week, I am not able to activate it. It always throws error - “something went wrong”. The activation cannot be done on app. It redirects you to web page which is filled with buggy logic. It throws error for every action - click to fetch otp…error, click submit…error. I am stuck badly. No proper error mitigation from support even after reporting multiple times. It said that it will take 0-3 hours to deliver. However it has been over 24 hours and I have yet to receive them. Support gave only copy-paste responses, kept delaying updates, and ignored their own 48-hour resolution promise. Absolutely unfair treatment of sellers. However, you can sell unused gift cards on Zingoy. ### 1/5 — Gimmick app *2024-11-15* The app sells used vouchers and do not refund the money for the same. They have too many criteria and using anyone of them they bypass I have lost 10,000 on this app. I purchased Myntra vouchers for 10,000 but that voucher never worked. when I raised the complaint Zingoy team said that they have taken an action against the seller, but they have not refunded my money. This is a fraud app. **Developer response:** If you purchase gift cards from verified sellers on Zingoy, it's recommended to redeem them within 10 days.
