I had a sub 100 door property management portfolio and needed an inspection software. This program worked perfectly for my needs. Photos, reports, adaptability to different property types. It has it all. To top it off, in real estate, I’ve had a few negative interactions with a myriad of different software companies. We got out of property management and zInspector was the one reoccurring subscription that I neglected to turn off. I reached out to their support staff late last night sharing with them what had happened and requesting a refund. Less than 12 hours later, I received correspondence from the support staff. They cancelled my subscription for me and refunded the auto renewal cost. If I were still in PM, I would 100% use this program and absolutely recommend this software to anyone looking for a reliable and all encompassing program.
