But the app hasn’t opened for months (get error message for just trying to open it), and it also won’t let me sign in online and cancel my subscription. So I’m paying the monthly fee just to have an icon on my phone that doesn’t do anything…. Tried to contact customer support a couple times, but they apparently don’t respond to inquiries? Really sad I have to give this app one star. But it’s hard to call it an app if it’s just an unusable icon on your phone…. Especially when you’re being charged a monthly fee for it :’( :’( Hate to say it, but the word for that isn’t “app,” it’s “scam”…. ### 1/5 — Watch you bank account *2022-08-04, version 1.17.4* I cancelled in March and they started charging me again in July, without any authorization. STAY. AWAY. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2022-07-11, version 1.17.4* I bought a node and I could never log into my own node to use it. They sent out emails explaining they were updating to a new version. They took down their log in to their nodes so I couldn’t even cancel my subscription. THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THAT YOU OWN THE NODE. If I owned it, no one would be able to lock me out. They are renting a part of their lightening network they bought from bitcoin. ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2022-04-20, version 1.17.4* It’s amateur hour at customer service. ### 1/5 — No Response to My Inquiry for Billing Help *2022-04-01, version 1.17.4* My bank merged and closed my debit card before my new card arrived.I received an email asking me to either update my card or respond to the email. I responded to the email letting them know I still wanted to keep my node and then I would update as soon as I received my new debit card. I updated the card the day I received it. My note has been deleted and they have to this day never responded to my email or the second one I sent asking them to reactivate. Poor service equals no future purchases or endorsements no matter how good the product. ### 1/5 — Scam Alert! *2022-01-23, version 1.17.4* I started in September 2021. I requested to stop almost immediately. I didn’t like it. However, it’s January 2021 & they still have not done it & I am still being charged. ### 1/5 — Platform not working *2021-12-19, version 1.17.3* Referred by JB. Email is blank and I cannot join. ### 1/5 — App not working in iPad Air *2021-11-30, version 1.17.0* Currently this app is not working on my iPad Air running iOS 12.5 When I open the app it displays a black screen for about 1 second then closes. Support replied to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the issue persists. Can’t not access or use my node because of this issue. I’m hopeful they correct this issue, because I am very interest in the concept of decentralized social on the blockchain! ### 1/5 — Stuck *2021-11-05, version 1.16.0* Can’t uninstall to reinstall. Upon clearing my device I had to redoubled the app and now it is not allowing me access, claiming it cannot connect to the server hubn2n.chat please advise ### 1/5 — Great idea, poor execution (again) *2021-10-23, version 1.15.0* The first release of this app was a disaster. The second one I’ve heard seems to be more stable, except if you forget your PIN, you are screwed. The support team has no idea how to resolve this. I would be appalled if I wrote and released an app with recovery mechanisms that didn’t work. Follow the app instructions. Waited three or four days and still couldn’t get it to work. Sent an email to get zion about my concerns and I never got a reply back finally canceled my subscription five days later. Guess I’m out nine dollars for the first month that I have never used I hope you guys have better luck. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NO ONE HERE *2024-01-15* There is no one here. Do use this App? I can’t believe this app is still in the App Store, hundreds of days since anyone responded paid for upgraded creator account and can get access to any creator features. THIS APP should not be approved in the APP store. ### 1/5 — Not non custodian *2023-09-13* They advertised the V1 as a non custodial wallet. They closed it down. My sats were stolen. No help from the company. Continued to charge $12 a month. Very hard to stop it. ### 1/5 — Trash *2023-05-09* Absolute trash and no way to cancel payment. Hopefully V2 is better. *2023-02-16, version 2.0.0* The original app failed… completely ceased functioning. This was a major disappointment to say the least, but made worse by a growing lack of communication from the company. Apparently a new architecture has been designed now, but only after many, many months with nearly zero communication from the company. In the meantime, we had to suffer through the failure or discontinuation of major portions of their account management system, including the ability to cancel your account and remove payment methods. I had to cancel my card number through the bank to keep them from continuing to charge us for a discontinued service. They have many apologies to make if they expect to win back the hearts of their old users. I won’t be coming back. ### 1/5 — Biggest scam ever! *2023-02-07, version 1.17.4* DON’T DO IT!! They bill you $12 a month, there is no product or service and you cannot cancel.
