I tried to reopen the app, and tested on my iPad. But still not working. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Can’t open the app *2020-03-24, version 2.5.2* Please fix the problem. Have trouble opening the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Reward system *2024-03-12, version 2.6.2* I tried using my reward for 15 dollars but when the cashier scanned my barcode it came up as error. As I gave up after trying 3 times I tried to save it for later but it won’t let me save. It’s coming up as network error can not be saved. I’m going to be really mad if my rewards go away. ### 1/5 — Don’t log out! *2023-06-26, version 2.6.2* You lose all your points when you log out or change phones. It ends up creating a new account even though it says you’re signing back in. ### 1/5 — Worst app. It has not been updated for 2 yrs. *2023-06-06, version 2.6.2* Reward points never loaded currently. It does not register the purchases even the barcode is scanned during the check out process at the cashier register. It create a new account for me instead of allowing me to log back into my original account. In the store, the app can’t open since neither internet data nor wifi is available. Unlike other apps, there are no bug fixes and updates never happen. ### 1/5 — No continuity in account *2022-07-21, version 2.6.2* If you are signed out of your account or if you change phones, your account does not carry over and you lose all the points/rewards that you’ve accumulated. It automatically creates a new account for you even if the app states that you’re “signing in”. I’ve contacted customer service in order to get my points back and I have not heard back since. Does anyone else have this problem that I am experiencing?? ### 1/5 — 🙃 *2022-04-27, version 2.6.2* Go to my local store one day for a specific item on the weekly deals, and they tell me “that price is for a different location.” It clearly says my city and the promotion clearly says “weekly deals in (my state)” but they say that it’s actually only for another city and that I didn’t realize it because that information was in Korean. Okay, so then why is it populating on my app, for my city, saying this is all of my state?
