Should at least show when employees are punched in or out with real time in the employees o’clock. Like the last app we had Run which was easy and clean to use . Don’t need all this information and fancy features. Only before, I was able to click an X and close out the pop up message in the app so I could still view my schedule. NOW, I can’t do anything. It sends me to the App Store to download a non-existential update that was supposedly released 10 hours ago, but it’s not available for me or something, and now I have no idea what my schedule for work is. I can go in and check it AT ALL. FIX YOUR APP ### 1/5 — New update *2019-12-12, version 5.50* Not sure what needed updating in the first place, but this new one has locked me out of the schedule viewing functionality which is the single most important part of the app. I understand that coding is not an easy task, but the fact of the matter is that the update happened two days ago, and there has been no response: no even rolling back to an earlier update. ### 1/5 — I can’t view my schedule anymore *2019-12-10, version 5.50* I just got an update and every time I click on schedule it loads then backs out of the app. The update created bugs, not fix any. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-11-07, version 5.49* This is absolutely the most poorly organized scheduling app. Employees are listed by last name, there is no calendar view, there is no rhyme or reason to how a shift overview is organized (ie. by job title, shift, name, etc.). As a shift manager, I plug in all the data per day into a spreadsheet that actually makes sense so I can see who is coming and going at a glance. I wish my company would stop using this app, or that the developers would fix these really basic issues! ### 1/5 — Worked great until the newest update *2018-12-17, version 5.40* Hi, my work uses this to schedule all of us employees and we LOVE IT. EXCEPT now it crashes every time we try to see what shift requests are available. Being required to change the password about every 30 days is ridiculous and cumbersome across devices. And then to request adding a new site for a new location I'm required to sit through a webinar when I've been an existing customer for 10 years? No thank you. Time to change. ### 1/5 — you can’t view your paystub *2025-07-24, version 12.2* it doesn’t show when you get paid or anything information about your paycheck, my job switched apps and i’m so mad about it. this app isn’t convenient at all, the most important information isn’t found anywhere on there. like i wanna know when i get paid and how many tips i made so i can make sure it’s all there now i can’t even do that, id have to ask my manager for a physical check ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-09-22, version 10.0* Support is so bad,it has so many bugs and they refuse to admit or fix it. I know I updated it girl now work!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — If you are looking into this app, STEER CLEAR *2023-12-01, version 8.3* As an employee, this app has quite frankly been one of the worst parts of my job. I’m not joking, i get logged out of the app almost daily because of “server maintenance”, the UI organization is some of the worst i have ever seen, shifts are sometimes hard to decipher especially with a lot of people on because it just lists everything in one big column, frequent crashes, and a plethora of other issues that amazingly makes me, someone who doesn’t even interact with the app nearly as much as a manager would, annoyed and frustrated enough to write this review.
