I’ve been trying to get the files I opened with this app saved to my cloud drive, but when I asked on their forum they said the only way to do it is through iTunes. I haven’t used iTunes in a long time, but I tried following their instructions. Apparently now you are no longer able to manage apps through iTunes. I have posted to their forum and sent several emails telling them this, but they won’t respond. It shows that my comment is “awaiting moderation” when I login to their forum, and they won’t respond to emails. Very frustrating. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this app to anyone! Apparently if you use the free app and simply want to switch to the pro version this is the same issue. The app I currently use to unzip is the same as the pro version, just with ads. Now it seems I’m going to lose all of the files I opened with this app since they won’t help me. I guess they don’t have an answer so it’s easier for them to ignore. I haven’t ever left a bad review for an app, but this is really ridiculous. I had downloaded some files from a website that recommended the app. All was going well, I would open the app, select the file and crack on. Then the update...... now when I open it, there’s a third of the page taken up by file lists and ads, and then the frequent pop up ads that weren’t there before. I am gutted, as I had paid for the files, and now they are a pain to use. Mediafire couldn’t open in google drive, so this is what i used. A broke thot couldn’t afford to listen to it on apple music. Tracklist is out of order though but it’s a free app anyways.
