Big mistake. The rental car was saved in my account and I was just charged for parking months later for someone else using that vehicle. The CSR at ZipBy practically chastised me for not removing the car from my account. To add insult to injury, I have to take my issue to Easy Lot, who own the parking lots. Very frustrating.
