Or submit offers unless I am at a desktop computer Thumbs down ### 1/5 — New Update Ruined Mobile Userface *2024-06-12, version 2.0.3* I used to use be able to run my entire real estate business from my phone. Not anymore! The new update is difficult to navigate on a cell phone. Once in a workstation documents won’t load or continuously reload until I have to force shut down the app. I’ve even attempted to delete the app and download again. No luck. Still the same continuous reloading every time I add a new document. The previous version was so user-friendly and easy to navigate. It seems like the powers that be spent a lot of money on an update that was not superior to the previous version. You can even see the text menu when editing form. Unfortunately this app is worthless. I really wish it worked well because it would be extremely handy. As a top producer on the go, this should be a tool to assist and better my business. Instead, I don’t do business on the go via the app because it’s so bad. This app has eliminated my need to use a desktop. Love it! Just 1 small complaint....need to update and screen reads that we need to update from the iTunes Store and pay for the service at store. When linked it won't let me pay for my yearly subscription. Please fix. I also like how it automatically brings over my transactions and forms and then after signing places the signed documents in the Vault for me. ### 4/5 — It’s frustratingly difficult to combine six or more .pdfs... *2019-03-17, version 2.0.1* I tried to combine multiple .pdfs within a transaction, there were 10 .pdfs in total, but I had a terrible time... I couldn't easily scroll up and down the list of .pdfs; only 5 of the 10 .pdfs were visible within the frame. I would inadvertently grab an individual .pdf and move it up or down the list of .pdfs instead of scrolling through the individual .pdfs. Help! ### 4/5 — Works Fine *2014-07-31, version 1.2* I had a small issue setting it up with the app because they don't make it clear enough that you have to go to the zipforms website and put in your NRDS# to link your account with the app. Once I did that all of my files showed up. So if you're having problems getting the app to work that's how you solve the problem. ### 4/5 — You need to register after download. *2014-01-14, version 1.0* This app has a lot of bad reviews, I was also frustrated at first but you have to use the link and register with your NARs ID. Once you get it registered properly the app works great on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 3rd gen. Very handy for drafting docs on the go.
