I have never been able to get it to work properly. When I tried to change my on call settings, I keep getting a message that it can’t connect to the server. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, but nothing helps. Seems to work fine for Samsung devices, but not Apple. ### 1/5 — Apple Watch *2020-08-06* Please develop Apple Watch app. So, providers can get different notification ### 1/5 — Not functional *2015-03-16* Required for work. Application freezes and shuts down without warning. Have deleted and reloaded numerous times, but problem persists. Finally found them one day and the way bottom right-hand corner, almost off of the screen. Attempting to click on the date and time is very difficult because of its location on the screen, the phone doesn’t always register. I have an image I can upload. ### 2/5 — Needs better scheduling *2021-09-27* The app works very well at receiving alerts and closing the loop but would GREATLY benefit from an update that added the ability to schedule when call starts and ends on a calendar so that alerts that my colleagues and I are each responsible for are not missed and are not double covered. ### 2/5 — Need more Apple Watch functions *2020-02-02* Love that my Apple Watch syncs. But need an option to RESPOND from watch. Dismiss only gives me 7 secs of silence. I still have to use phone to respond. Ugh!!!! The only issue I have is messages not going through sometimes, but I think that’s a signal issue and not the app. ### 4/5 — Is there a bug? *2025-09-30* **** it’s fixed! I can now easily scroll through dates and times without it being cut off at the very bottom of my screen. Don’t have to listen to my pager going off when I’m not actually on call, or completely sign out to avoid getting pages. Thank you! I have an image I can upload. ### 4/5 — Override silent switch *2019-04-20, version 4.6.1* Love the app. I work on the ambulance and we have radios in our rig but dispatch also sends the calls to us through this app as well as over radio. Only problem is I have the override silent switch turned on but it doesn’t work. When my iPhones silent switch is on I don’t here the beeps. Just vibrates.
