They don’t have enough drones to keep up with demand. Services are always down. Nights and weekends good luck just go to the store ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT!! *2026-08-17, version 4.26.0* I was in the part of the city where I’ve been waiting for a while for zip line to start delivering, and I was excited when I finally got a notification that they were now delivering in my area. So of course I went ahead and placed my order and then I saw that that referral system so I use the referral link and I made a post on our little neighborhood app telling people that our city now has access to the zip line delivery and then they blocked me from being able to receive referrals and they’re saying it’s a system flat issue And that it can take up to a week for them to look it over but until then they’ll disable my abilities to receive referrals, and I let them know and even offered to provide proof that it’s because I was sharing the app like they literally wanted in the referral section But they banned me for it and then they advise that it’s a system automatic thing, but won’t have anyone look into it immediately so I can regain access. So I thought I would try it out. But it seems that it’s not available in my area yet. At least put a option to check delivery area before having you sign up first and then find out waste of time. It shows delivery in 25 min, you make the order, it’s “getting prepared” all along and 27 min later it’s cancelled. Twice in a row. Its not a bug. I asked them about it and they think this is a feature. They have given me a lot of free money for complaining constantly about how bad the service is but even with the food being free its just not worth it. Too many fristrating issues to be reliable. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Five Stars for Convenience, Speed, and Family Fun *2026-09-07* Here’s a polished version that keeps it genuine and personal without sounding overly promotional: Zipline has been more than just a fast and convenient way for our family to get things we need or may have forgotten. Having Walmart+ and being able to get free drone delivery on an order just over $12 is honestly incredible. I’m not exactly sure how they’re able to make it work, but I’m very grateful they do. It has saved us a lot of time and helped us out in a pinch more than once. We only have one vehicle, so there have been times when I’ve been away at work and my wife has needed something quickly for the kids. Instead of trying to figure out transportation or waiting until I get home, we’ve been able to place an order and have it delivered right to the house. There have also been plenty of times when we simply forgot something or didn’t have time to make another trip to Walmart. Having Zipline available has made those situations so much easier. And as a bonus, our kids absolutely love it. Every time a drone comes to the house, everyone wants to go outside and watch it make the delivery. It’s still exciting every single time. Zipline has genuinely made life a little easier for our family, saved us time, and helped us when we’ve really needed it. We’re very thankful to have the service available in our area.
