Putting in the correct information to “link account” does nothing but ask me to do it all over again! I have called support services and thought it was fixed. It takes forever to load and today it’s been loading for over five minutes. For months, it had been impossible to start a chat as tapping the bubble leads to a blank page. Want to check if there’s an outage? The “check” button the app tells you tap isn’t even a button, it’s just text on the page. There’s apparently self help options users can do such as rebooting their network from the app but that option is also not visible anywhere. Ziply has known about this issue since I’ve spoken DIRECTLY with their social care team and have clearly done nothing to fix these issues. **Developer response:** Hello.
