## What is ZipNote?

After viewing five apartments, they all blur together — "which one had the great light?"
ZipNote scores every home by the same criteria and pins each one on the map with GPS,
so you can compare your whole shortlist at a glance. No server. Everything stays on device.

■ Score by one yardstick
· Rate light, water pressure, mold, noise, storage, fees, transit and more from 1–5
· Weight the criteria that matter; skipped ones are excluded for a fair 0–100 score
· Instant color read: green / amber / red

■ Location, automatic
· GPS drops a pin when you add a home — nudge it by hand to fix
· Walking distance & time to the nearest station, calculated for you (free)

■ See it all on the map
· Every property as a color-coded pin · slide up the list sheet
· Compare candidates neighborhood by neighborhood

■ Decide & share
· Side-by-side comparison table (green/amber/red)
· Attach photos and notes

■ Private & on-device
· We collect no data. Your location is stored only on your device, never sent to a server.

Free covers up to 3 properties, all 8 scoring criteria, map, walk distance and compare.
Lifetime Pro (one-time) unlocks ① unlimited properties ② Excel (.xlsx/.csv) export
③ custom criteria & weight editing.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-07-13

You can now record each home's monthly maintenance fee and compare them at a glance in the comparison table. Added a "current location" button on the pin-adjust map so you can update a saved home's location right when you're there. Typing is smoother too, with an easy way to dismiss the keyboard.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-07

What's New
• Video notes — record or attach videos for each property (Pro)
• Options checklist — track appliances (fridge, A/C, washer, and more) and include them in scoring
• Area now defaults to m² (switch to pyeong anytime)
• Improved camera capture, video playback, and saving

### 1.0.0 — 2026-07-07

No release notes.
