Then I try to follow the instruction choose "forget password", and I can change my password but still can not log in, and I even can't sign up with this email address because it says there's already an account use this address. Please set the time on your device to the current time and log back in." ### 1/5 — Inefficient *2019-12-03* The app is alright, other than the fact I cannot have my passes on Apple or Samsung wallet, never mind any other options. This was supposed to make life easier but it’s not easier. Connect card should be on here... it should be upload able to apple wallet, I should be able to use my phone to scan the darn machines rather than carrying yet another piece of ‘earth unfriendly,’ and wallet-stuffing plastic card. The machines should be on the actual light rail rather than on the platform (that way someone dashing on the train can still pay). All in all, the systems set up by Sac RT and affiliates are alright, just far from being an efficient use of people’s time and money. It feels like a piecemeal effort rather than a wholistic approach to efficient digital systems for public transit.
