## What is Zipply Now Rider?

Zipply Rider is the delivery-partner app for Zipply Now, the quick-commerce grocery service in Srinagar.

Anyone with a two-wheeler and a smartphone can apply from the login screen — tap “Become a rider”, send your details, and our operations team calls you back within two working days. Once approved you sign in with your mobile number.

ON SHIFT
• Go online to receive nearby orders with a ringing alert and a full-screen assignment card
• See the pickup store and the customer's pin on the map, with one-tap navigation
• Verify handover with the customer's delivery code and call the customer from the app
• Track today's deliveries and your live status; your location is shared with dispatch only while you are online
• Profile photo shown to customers, and in-app account deletion

Riders are independent delivery partners paid per shift. Support: https://zipply-shadow-api-284604917646.asia-south1.run.app/support
